Using your investigative mindset, you will respond and manage fraud risks, protecting our customers and reducing losses for both them and the bank. You will be responsible for investigating suspected cases of fraud and use your relationship building skills problem solving skills to manage your cases.

12. Previous experience working within Banking
13. Attention to detail

15. Be familiar with different Fraud trends

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
18. Experience in handling application fraud, scams, mules and/or first party fraud
investigations
19. Investigating fraud or financial crime within a previous role
20. Knowledge of the UK regulatory framework and best practice regarding fraud
prevention
