Location:Horncastle and surrounding areas
Pay Rate:£30-£35 per hour (PAYE, case dependent)
Working Pattern:Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only
Hours:9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible)
Delivery Model:One-to-One Teaching | SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and Medical Needs
The Opportunity
Are you an experienced teacher who thrives on helping students overcome barriers to learning? We're looking for SEN Teachers to provide one-to-one support to children and young people with a range of additional needs. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, creativity, and the chance to make a real impact outside of a traditional classroom setting.
Your Role Will Involve
* Designing and delivering tailored lessons in core subjects, aligned with individual learning plans
* Creating a calm, structured environment that supports both academic and emotional development
* Working closely with families and carers to ensure consistent, wraparound support
* Encouraging independence, resilience, and a positive attitude toward learning
* Modelling inclusive values and promoting personal growth
What We're Looking For
* QTS or equivalent (e.g., PGCE)
* At least 2 years of teaching experience
* Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)
* Experience across Key Stages 1-4
* A background in supporting students with SEN, SEMH, or complex needs
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Legal right to work in the UK
* A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection
