What You’ll Do
* Manage inbound and outbound calls with funders, dealers, and customers
* Respond to emails and messages within 24-hour SLAs
* Proactively manage customer orders and expectations
* Work closely with Sales and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
* Maintain strong relationships with key partners and funders
* Process and check customer documentation
* Coordinate vehicle collections and deliveries
* Identify and elevate complaints to the appropriate team
* Handle daily admin tasks and action reports efficiently
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a fast-paced administration or customer service role
* Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
* Fast learner who picks up systems and processes quickly
* Confident with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated
