From this continued success we are now looking to recruit a Tableau Developer on a 6 month FTC to allow us to continue our exciting growth plans.

As a Tableau Developer, you will play a key role in analysing and visualising data, contributing to critical decision-making processes, and driving business growth.
Role responsibilities;
* Build, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that inform critical business decisions
* Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, transform and analyse data from multiple sources
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions
* Perform data validation, quality checks and troubleshooting to ensure integrity and consistency
* Identify trends and patterns in data to generate insights and recommendations
* Continuously improve reporting processes and visualisation standards
* Stay up to date with industry best practices, tools, and techniques in data analysis and BI
Key skills required;
* Proven experience in Tableau dashboard development and SQL querying
* Solid understanding of data modelling, data warehousing and performance optimisation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to develop new technical skills
* Financial Services experience.
* Bonus skills: Python, Microsoft Azure Synapse
