Meaningful Work – Support incredible individuals to live independently and thrive. Flexible Shifts – 20 hour position available, for 10 months Supportive Team – Work alongside like-minded, passionate colleagues.Our service full or part days. Typical shifts include:Day shifts: 08:30 and 18:30Weekend shifts .8:30-18:30 (2 week rolling rota in advance) A full UK manual/automatic driving licence is essential as well as access to your own car

What is the role?

As a Support Worker, you’ll assist several individuals in their own home, each day with a wide range of daily activities, from shopping and cooking to attending medical appointments, social events, and engaging in hobbies.

You’ll play a key role in empowering people to set, pursue, and achieve their personal goals, working as part of a supportive and rewarding team.

What you’ll be doing

* Supporting individuals to lead fulfilling everyday lives
* Providing assistance and reminders with medication
* Preparing and helping with meals
* Accompanying clients to social activities and appointments
* Offering emotional and social support
* Assisting with shopping and household tasks such as laundry and general housekeeping

What are the pay and benefits?

* An hourly rate of £12.75 making the annual salary £24,531.60 (FTE)
