Class 1 Personnel are currently recruiting general assistant for one of the largest Airline catering company based in Gatwick.
Responsibilities:
Accurately picking and packing orders
Making sure you keep to the fast-paced environment ensuring smooth operations
Performing quality checks on items.
Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets.
Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
Following all health and safety procedures and using appropriate PPE.
Requirements:
Our warehouse operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you will also need to be prepared to work shift patterns.
Experience in a similar role or cold environment.
Must be physically fit and able to work in cold conditions.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills.
The Candidate:
To be considered for the general assistant position role you'll need to be able to demonstrate good attention to detail skills.
The ideal would need the following:
Be able to provide your last 5 years history
Be prepared to undergo a UK criminal Check
Hard working
Keen and have a "can do attitude
Reliable
UK right to work
Proof of National Insurance
Fully flexible, need to be prepared to work shift patterns
