Key Responsibilities
* Proven experience in Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering roles within the electrical utilities, Independent Connection Providers (ICPs) or renewable energy sectors, specifically up to 33kV Cabling or Substation Projects.
* Strong track record of delivering engineering works on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and regulations.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
* Analytical and problem‑solving skills with an attention to detail.
* Awareness of a Designer’s Role under CDM.
Skills Required
* Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
* 3-5 years design experience in substations / cabling projects.
* Skilled at identifying and analysing engineering difficulties.
* Willingness to learn.
* Desire for broader progression into Electrical Design Engineering or project management opportunities.
