Requirements
Must have:
- Team Management experience - Ideally managing teams of 10-15 employees - Background in Financial, Legal or Insurance sectors - Resource management skills - Experience in Performance Monitoring, KPIs and Reviews - Training and mentoring capabilities - Stakeholder and Escalation management - Service Delivery experience - Any experience with JIRA or ServiceNow is beneficial - BAU and Project experience - Managing both Infrastructure and Network Teams - Familiarity with change management processes and CAB environments - Ability to work with and manage strict SLAs - Continuous Improvement mindset - identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery - Technical knowledge in Windows Server Estate, Azure Cloud, End User Compute estate, Networking tools - Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities for the IT Infrastructure team - Oversee Server, Compute and Network estate management - Lead a team in both BAU and project activities - Ensure performance monitoring and resource management - Conduct training and mentoring for team members - Manage stakeholder communications and escalations - Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in workflows - Collaborate with teams on change management processes - Maintain technical oversight and exposure in relevant technologies
