E-Care is our ambitious digital transformation programme that implements an electronic patient record across our three hospital sites. Co‑created with stakeholders, it underpins all clinical activities with a comprehensive suite of digital solutions, engagement and training. E‑Care delivers a longitudinal shared care record that unifies how we work with NHS partner organisations and shapes the future of medicine.
Responsibilities
As a transformational registered nurse, you will engage large groups of service users and support them through significant change. You will join the corporate nursing team and help shape digital care locally, regionally and nationally. You will develop service improvement plans, advise board and senior teams on professional issues, and engage with patients and key stakeholders. You will build rapport and credibility with digital, nursing and operational colleagues and communicate highly complex, sensitive, contentious information to groups of staff where there may be barriers and resistance to change.
Qualifications
• Experienced registered nurse with a passion for improving clinical outcomes through digital adoption.
• Outstanding communication and digital skills, with knowledge of a wide range of digital solutions, including electronic patient records used in large acute hospitals.
• Good experience of the impact of using clinical systems.
• Confident in building rapport and communicating complex information to diverse audiences.
• Enhanced DBS check required. Flexibility with regard to working hours is essential to meet deadlines.
