Role: PPD - Production Print Field Engineer / MFD / Photocopier FSE
Location: Inner M25
Package: up to £40,000 + up to 25 days with length of service + training + pension + car
Concept are seeking either a skilled Production Print Technical Specialist or a skilled Photocopier engineer interested in upskilling to PP. Your aim will be to deliver exceptional service and support to customers whilst maintaining field efficiencies and driving profitability.
Working for an established and trusted supplier of Canon print devices, my clients are now looking to expand their team and are recruiting for a skilled PP or MFD Photocopier FSE. Please only apply if you can offer flexibility within areas in the Inner M25!
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Respond professionally and efficiently to call-outs, diagnose and resolve technical faults, and implement necessary modifications. This may involve work outside standard hours, national travel, and occasional overnight stays.
* Communication: Act as a key communication channel between customers, the Service Team, and other business areas to ensure seamless service.
* Technical Support: Provide high-level service by resolving technical issues promptly, minimizing machine downtime.
* Training: Deliver technical advice and training to customers to maximize device capabilities.
* Safety & Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance safely, following manufacturer recommendations and health & safety legislation.
* Reporting: Complete all reporting and paperwork accurately and promptly.
* Technology Utilization: Use technology tools effectively to access technical documentation and improve service delivery.
* Parts Management: Communicate about on-site parts and consumables to ensure readiness and operational continuity.

* Have technical expertise and a solutions-driven approach to complex challenges in print environments.
* Possess strong English communication skills for effective internal and external communication.
* Be proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible, including working outside standard hours if needed.
* Uphold high standards of organization, safety, and customer service.
