A Bit About The Job
As a Claims Handler, you’ll be supporting customers through stressful and emotional moments in their lives, such as water damage, break‑ins, or other unexpected events. Your role is to make those moments easier for customers and to guide them from the first conversation until resolution with empathy and efficiency.
Working Hours
Varied shift patterns covering 8 am‑9 pm Monday to Friday and 8 am‑8 pm on alternate Saturday and Sunday. Our current rotation is one late shift every 4 weeks and one weekend day shift every 4 weeks, with an average of 35 hours per week over 5 days. You must be flexible with these rota‑based hours, including bank holidays.
