Duties
* Supervises technical and analytical operations to direct multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective data driven mission support.
* Executes data exploitation efforts to integrate diverse data sources and strengthen organizational decision making.
* Develops program proposals to align data initiatives with organizational needs and future requirements.
* Assesses emerging developments to identify challenges and recommend strategic or technical adjustments.
* Prepares strategic planning analyses to address infrastructure gaps and enhance enterprise data capabilities.
* Evaluates technical studies to determine organizational impact and guide additional problem solving efforts.
* Provides administrative and operational guidance to establish policies, identify training needs, and support workforce readiness.
* Plans and assigns team workloads to set priorities and maintain operational alignment.
Requirements
* Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access for the duration of employment.
* Position is subject to random drug testing. Incumbent must pass a drug test.
* The position may require temporary duty (TDY) to various locations up to 25% of the time.
* Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete counter-intelligence scope polygraph with No Deception Indicated (NDI).
* Must reside within a 50-mile radius of duty location. Incumbent may be subjected to short notice recall.
* Employee may be required to work uncommon tours of duty hours, working either fixed or rotating shift which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
* This position has been designated as “Key” and shall not be vacated during a national emergency or mobilization.
* Appointment to this position is subject to a one-year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315. While probationary the incumbent can be terminated with limited appeal rights.
* Appointment to this position is subject to a one-year supervisory probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.
