Your role will involve everything from the initial build to the final testing phases, ensuring all equipment meets the high standards our clients expect.Key Responsibilities:
* Build large complex equipment from scratch according to detailed engineering drawings and pneumatic diagrams.
* Utilise your mechanical skills in marking out, drilling, tapping, cutting, and more.
* Fit and assemble parts including motors, gearboxes, bearings, and pipe work.
* Ensure machinery is squared and levelled to meet precise operational standards.
* Work effectively under deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
* Travel as needed for onsite installations, including overseas locations.
Desired Experience and Skills:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mechanical production builds.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering and pneumatic diagrams.
* Experience in the glass, conveyor, or food processing equipment industries is highly desirable.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in diverse teams.
