Day-to-day of the role: Work under the guidance of the Registered Manager, Senior Staff, and Care Officers to provide high-standard care tailored to the individual social and emotional needs of children and young people.
Build and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, addressing their physical care and behavioural management needs.
Engage children in a variety of activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment that promotes their development.
Participate in planning and executing daily activities, special celebrations, festivals, outings, and physical activities.
Support educational needs, encourage aspirations, and assist in managing behaviour through assertive, restorative, and positive methods.
