Plant Hire Admin and Service Coordinator - Doncaster - up to £28.5k A permanent position for an organised and efficient plant hire administrator / service coordinator to effectively manage the rental stock to serve the customer base and coordinate the service engineers for the Depot. As the Plant Hire Admin and Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the short-term rental of machinery and equipment as well as the coordination of service engineers, this includes: Process enquiries for casual hire - quotations and follow up. Speaking with UK colleagues, customers, suppliers and engineers to arrange services and transport. Ensure engineers have full and correct details for pre-planned services, updating with any changes. Preparation of agreements, Transport Notes etc. emailing for customer signature prior to delivery. Keep hire files updated including filing of Transport Notes and Agreements. Ensure safety inspections have been carried out and are current for all rental machines. Resolve invoice queries relating to Contract and Short-Term Rental.
