As a Senior Support Worker, you will provide 2:1, person-centred support to a young Individual with autism, a learning disability, and epilepsy, while leading and mentoring the team to ensure consistently high-quality care. The individual you’ll support enjoys: Outdoor adventures Music Water play Trampolining Your role as a Senior Support Worker includes delivering care, creating a safe and structured environment, and supporting professional development for other staff. You will also drive the service user’s vehicle to community activities, so a valid driving licence is essential.
