What you’ll do: • Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule and manage patient appointments • Complete telephone triage consultations to assess eligibility • Maintain accurate patient records and data for reporting • Escalate issues and ensure follow-up appointments meet NHS guidelines • Deliver excellent service while supporting patients from all backgrounds What we’re looking for: • Experience in a customer or patient-facing role • Strong communication and organisational skills • Understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection (GDPR) • Comfortable working with internal systems and quality assurance processes • Confident handling queries with empathy and professionalism Whats in it for you What can InHealth offer you?
