A fabulous opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and dynamic Staff Nurses to join our District Nursing Team within Trafford. As Integrated Neighbourhood Teams we are driven by the aim of improving the health of local people in Central Manchester by working across organisational boundaries. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be required to work as part of our District Nursing Service to provide complex care to adults in their own home and in a variety of settings within the Community.
There are great development programmes in place for progression to Band 6 and opportunities for further education leading to Community Specialist Practitioner qualifications. You will work closely with GP Services and the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams to ensure that patient care is effectively coordinated, demonstrating a positive impact on our patients. You will enjoy the chance to develop new and existing clinical skills as well as a range of training opportunities for personal development. We will be looking for proven leadership skills and the ability to work within a team as well as work autonomously.

Responsibilities
* Provide complex care to adults in their own home and in community settings as part of the District Nursing Service.

* Develop and apply clinical skills and participate in training opportunities for personal and professional development.
* Demonstrate leadership within the team and be able to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
Qualifications
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current registration.
* Experience or ability to work in community settings delivering complex care.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
