Crown Home Buying & Letting (CHBL) is a leading luxury London estate agency specialising in high-end residential properties across Central London. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a talented Videographer & Photographer to join our Marketing Team.
This is a creative and hands-on role suited to a highly skilled visual storyteller who understands how to capture and present premium properties with precision, elegance and impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Professionally photographing luxury apartments and developments
* Filming high-quality property video tours and walkthroughs
* Editing cinematic video content for property listings and social media
* Editing and retouching images to a high professional standard
* Producing short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms
* Assisting with creative direction, shot planning and staging prior to filming
* Working closely with the Sales and Lettings Teams to develop innovative marketing ideas
* Helping to enhance CHBL’s brand presence through high-quality visual storytelling
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Speak fluent Mandarin and English
* Have proven experience in property photography and videography
* Possess an exceptional eye for detail, lighting and composition
* Be confident in using professional camera equipment and a range of lenses
* Have strong technical knowledge of angles, staging and interior presentation
* Be highly proficient in video editing and post-production software
* Be organised, proactive and able to manage multiple shoots per week
* Demonstrate creativity while maintaining CHBL’s refined, luxury aesthetic
* Be a strong team player with a positive and professional attitude
