Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a school environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organised, and welcoming. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean environment.
* Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately.
* Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and well-maintained.
* Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
* Must either have a EDBS or be able to pass one, paid for by us
Skills
* Ability to lead a team of three other cleaners
* Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
* Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
* Proficiency in English for clear communication and understanding of instructions.
