Senior Pharmacy Technician, Patient Services

This role is a full‑time post requiring participation in the weekend and late‑night duty rota on a pro‑rata basis.
Responsibilities include:
* Work with the patient services team to implement, deliver, and continually improve technical support in patient services.
* Support education and training within patient services, providing training to staff and other professionals.
* Assist in maintaining service standards and contribute to service improvement projects.
Person specification:
* Registered pharmacy technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician qualification.
Skills and abilities:
* Excellent written and oral communication.
* Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
* Good IT proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Experience in managing staff, recruitment, service improvement and leading a team.
Benefits:
* Salary £45,953 to £54,254 per year, inclusive of HCAS pro‑rata per annum.
