Recruitment Coordinator - Derry / Donegal Region - 3-Month FTC MCS is delighted to be recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator on behalf of a well-established organisation with sites in Donegal and Derry. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract and would suit a highly organised individual who can hit the ground running in a busy, fast-paced environment. This role is fully onsite and requires someone who is available for an immediate start. Role & Responsibilities Supporting the recruitment team with day-to-day recruitment tasks Coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers Posting job adverts across relevant platforms Managing candidate applications and maintaining accurate records Preparing recruitment documentation and offer paperwork Supporting onboarding for new starters Ensuring all recruitment processes are completed accurately and efficiently Providing general support to the wider HR / recruitment team as required The Ideal Candidate 2-3 years' experience in a recruitment role / similar position Previous agency recruitment experience will be considered Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage a high volume of recruitment tasks in a fast-paced setting Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach Comfortable using Microsoft Office and recruitment / HR systems Available to start immediately or at short notice What's In It for You?
