Regional Health and Safety Manager - North
* Wigan base location (Hybrid working)
* 40 hours per week
* Up to £45,000, plus car allowance

If so, ArrowXL is looking for a Regional Health and Safety Manager to join our team, working in a hybrid capacity from our Wigan office with occasional travel to our other sites. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of health and safety initiatives across the region, creating a culture of behavioural health and safety
* Ensure the safety of colleagues, contractors, and customers in compliance with company standards and legal requirements
* Work with Warehousing, Transport, and Central Support teams to embed a safety-first mindset and foster a strong behavioural safety culture
Requirements
* Proven experience developing and implementing Health & Safety policies and procedures across multi-site operations
* Skilled at building relationships that influence and embed a positive behavioural Health & Safety culture at all levels
* Experience using data and audits to drive compliance, reduce risk, and deliver measurable improvements in safety performance
Location: Wigan (Hybrid). Travel to other sites as required.
