Senior HR Generalist / HR Business Partner

VANRATH is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a global provider of health-care technologies and consumables, as they seek to appoint a Senior HR Generalist / Business Partner to their rapidly expanding business, with sites located across NI, ROI and GB.
The role itself will report the COO, and will come with professional development and growth, a career pathway to a future leadership role and opportunity to join a business in a period of sustained growth.
This role is ideally suited to an ambitious and highly career focused individual, seeking fast track development and exposure, in a role that's guaranteed to expedite your learning curve in all things HR.
This would include exposure to a fast paced generalist role, with lots of project work to include Mergers & Acquisitions, TUPE, multi legislation exposure (NI, ROI and UK), Organisational Design & Development and much more.
The Role
You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across all regions, aligning HR practices with business goals. You will oversee the full employee life cycle from on-boarding to off boarding, lead recruitment efforts, and provide strategic and operational HR support. You will ensure compliance with employment law in multiple jurisdictions (NI, ROI, GB) and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture.
The role will require travel to sites in Ireland 2-3 times per month and potential travel to GB sites once every 8 weeks.

The Person
Essential
12. Minimum 2 years Proven HR experience in a generalist or HRBP role
13. Strong knowledge of employment law across NI, ROI, and GB
14. Experience managing recruitment and full employee lifecycle processes
15. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
16. Able to travel across regions as needed
Desirable
17. Experience working in a multi-site organisation
18. HRIS experience
19. Project management skills
20. CIPD qualified, or working towards obtaining
