We are seeking a talented Senior Consultant. Your role will involve leading the design and delivery of innovative and relevant learning solutions, creating experiences with a powerful and lasting impact on people and organisations.
Who
The successful candidate will have:
* A strong background in industry, education, human resources, coaching, or consultancy
* At least ten years of experience working with corporate groups in a learning environment
* Digital fluency in virtual learning design and delivery, with extensive experience in synchronous and asynchronous methods, including experiential learning approaches and activities
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, supporting colleagues’ creativity, building trust, respectfully disagreeing, and learning from mistakes
* Client focus in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
* Passion and enthusiasm for developing people at all levels through innovative approaches, generating transformative experiences
* Willingness to go above and beyond to deliver excellent client service while maintaining profitability
* Agility, comfort with ambiguity, decisiveness, resilience, and flexibility
* Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Zoom
* Proficiency in additional languages is a plus but not essential

The role involves providing content expertise, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to Impact’s thought leadership, IP, and practice development in relevant areas.
