Production Engineer – Electrical Bias Location: Walsall Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £38-42k + Benefits The role: Our client is seeking a Production Engineer to join a growing team who will be responsible for providing electrical designs, production engineering support, and delivering accurate information to ensure a smooth transition from new product introduction (NPI) through to full-scale manufacturing. You will play a critical role in supporting existing manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that all production engineering deliverables are completed in line with manufacturing start dates. This position also involves mentoring apprentices and colleagues, fostering teamwork, and contributing to a culture of excellence.
