Kingswood Group are excited to be assisting an expanding business based in Chelmsford with the recruitment of a Senior HR Advisor, on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a part of a highly regarded and collaborative HR team.
Duties to include:
* Working closely with the business and line managers to advise on a variety of HR issues
* Guiding and influencing line managers
* Providing high quality HR support and guidance
* Managing ER cases end to end
* Creating offer letters and paperwork
* Ensuring policy and procedure documents are kept up to date
* Producing MI and reporting as required
* General HR Administration duties including producing employee letters and documentation
* Ad-hoc HR project work
Essential experience required
* Recent experience operating as an HR Advisor
* Demonstrable experience managing ER cases end-to-end
* TUPE experience - preferred
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident in dealing with senior stakeholder to influence and guide
* CIPD qualified or working towards
The role will be office based initially, with hybrid working available after an initial period.
