I am collaborating with growing Insurance firm who are recruiting for a Company Secretary due to the expansion of the business. It is a newly created role that reports directly with a highly personable Chief Risk Officer. Your day-to-day will involve: Management of the Company Secretarial function Preparation of Board Agenda's and Board Packs Liaising with board members Responsibility of minutes at meetings, ensuring they are circulated promptly Providing advice and guidance of Corporate Governance standards to the Chair and Board The ideal candidate will have 10 years in a Company Secretarial role. Experience in the insurance insurance market would be ideal, but it is essential that you have a Financial Services background.
