Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a highly reputable organisation in the Wakefield area, who are looking to recruit an Administrator on a temporary basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to someone with administrative experience and financial awareness that is looking for a part time role to join the office team. There would be a possibility of permanent work in the future.
Role:
The role will suit an experiencedcandidate who is immediately available for work on a temporary basis.
Duties will include:
* Taking a proactive approach to customer service
* Reviewing documents such as salary income, P60, P64, rent statements and universal credit
* Checking, recording and passing payments, invoices and professional fees
* Perform various administration duties including booking meetings, printing and photocopying
* Updating and maintaining the internal database
* Ensure accurate recording and reporting of data
* Dealing with internal/external queries via email and phone
Person:
* Excellent communication Skills
* Hold strong system skills
* A good financial understanding
