Procurement Manager Corporate Services Procurement | £60,000–£70,000 + Bonus + Package | Hybrid – West London (2 days a week)
We’re supporting a major UK media organisation with a strategic role within their progressive procurement function.
They are looking for a Procurement Manager to manage a broad Corporate Services portfolio covering FM, property, people services, data, professional services and wider indirect spend. It’s a true generalist role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants broader business exposure.
There is also strong focus on AI and procurement innovation, with real opportunity to improve spend visibility, supplier management and commercial decision-making through smarter use of technology.
This is not a process-led role - they want someone commercial, adaptable and confident influencing stakeholders to drive better long-term outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
* Act as the commercial lead across a broad mix of indirect spend categories, supporting key business functions across Corporate Services.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, helping shape sourcing decisions and ensuring procurement is involved early in strategic discussions.
* Identify opportunities for cost reduction and value improvement through supplier reviews, spend analysis, market benchmarking and smarter commercial structures.
* Lead sourcing activity from strategy through to tendering, supplier selection, negotiation and implementation.
* Support wider procurement improvement projects, particularly around automation, AI adoption and improving the overall commercial approach across the function.
Key requirements:
* Strong indirect procurement background across multiple Corporate Services categories rather than a single category specialism.
* Strong commercial instinct with the ability to identify savings opportunities and challenge existing ways of working.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence senior leaders across the business.
* Interest in procurement transformation, particularly around AI, automation and improving how procurement creates value.
Why join?
* A genuine step-up opportunity with broad category ownership and strong senior stakeholder exposure.
* Real involvement in procurement transformation and AI-led innovation, rather than stepping into a heavily process-driven environment.
* Strong package including bonus, excellent benefits and hybrid working within a collaborative, high-performing team.
