Must Have’s
* Good attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures
* Eagerness to learn and develop in a finance career
* Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* A passion for numbers and strong data accuracy skills
Nice to have’s
* An interest in finance, insurance, or financial services
* Commitment to studying towards professional qualifications (Cert CII)
* Previous experience working with data (even in a non-finance setting)
So what will you be doing?
* Preparing standard documents like statements, payment requests, and reports
* Managing and updating data using systems such as Global XB, Excel, and SharePoint
* Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems
* Handling finance-related queries and responding to inquiries
* Reconciling unallocated cash and managing payment processes
* Allocating payments to correct ledger transactions following procedures
* Creating statements, identifying premiums, and ensuring accurate financial reporting
