Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Liverpool for a Senior Sales Consultant. In this role, you will manage the sales process for residential properties, build and maintain relationships with clients, assess customer needs, and deliver tailored sales solutions. The Senior Sales Consultant is also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, providing expert advice, and supporting potential homeowners through every stage of their property journey.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Sales Consulting, Sales Strategy, and achieving revenue targets
* Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
* Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients
* Expertise in Consulting and guiding customers through decision‑making processes
* Ability to work collaboratively within teams and independently
* Experience in the real estate sector or similar environment is advantageous
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
