GSL Education are seeking a motivated Science Teacher to join a supportive and well-resourced school in Rotherham (S65, S66) from Immediate. As a Science Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, helping students develop practical skills, critical thinking, and a strong understanding of scientific concepts. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons in line with the curriculum. Teach Biology, Chemistry, and Physics across key stages 3, 4 and 5. Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that encourages enquiry. Carry out practical experiments safely and effectively. Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback. Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and engagement. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support departmental goals. Teacher of Science Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge in Science. Experience teaching Science in UK schools is desirable. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Ability to motivate and support students of varying abilities. A valid enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply through GSL.
