Solar PV Electrician / Solar Installation Engineer
Location: Home and office base Swindon, Wiltshire
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + generous overtime + outstanding benefits (Realistic OTE £50,000+)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Your Role:
* Install, test, and commission domestic and commercial Solar PV systems to the highest standards
* Carry out inverter installation, configuration, and system commissioning
* Complete inspection, testing, and certification in line with BS 7671
* Work across a variety of residential and commercial-scale installations
* Carry out fault finding, maintenance, and remedial works
* Ensure full compliance with MCS standards and current electrical regulations
* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality workmanship
What We’re Looking For:
* Fully qualified electrician with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) certification
* Minimum 2–3 years Solar PV installation experience
* Experience on both domestic and commercial projects
* Confident in commissioning and fault finding Solar PV systems
* Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent preferred)
* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
* Full UK driving licence essential
