Our centralised leasing team plays a crucial role in connecting potential residents with their ideal homes. We are looking for a motivated Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team and help us achieve our leasing goals. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for driving leasing efforts at a high-end multi-unit Build-to-Rent (BTR) residential asset in the city of Bristol, managing leads, and facilitating the leasing process from initial contact to move-in appointment. This role involves a combination of outbound sales, customer interaction, and administrative duties, all aimed at achieving specified targets and ensuring a seamless leasing experience for prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities:
* Outbound Sales: Conduct sales activities through calls, texts, emails, and in-person interactions to generate leads and convert prospects into residents.
* Lead Management: Utilise our CRM system to manage and track leads effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.
* Viewings: Conduct in-person and facilitate virtual property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of our communities.
* Lease Progression: Oversee the entire leasing process from application submission to move-in appointment, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents. This process includes ensuring all statutory documentation has been sent to residents, overseeing the referencing process and that tenancy paperwork including tenancy agreements are accurate and created within a timely manner.
* Feedback and Reporting: Participate in regular leasing calls to provide feedback on the sales process and share insights on results achieved.
* Targets and KPIs: Work diligently to meet specified sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management team.
Desired Experience and Skills:
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Previous sales experience, preferably over the phone and in person.
* Experience in a customer service environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt; training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
* Flexibility to travel to other properties as needed, with travel costs covered by the company.

KPI’s
* Lead to viewing conversion rate
* Viewing to application conversion rate
* Tour route planned and presentable
* CRM daily tasks completed timely
* All tenancy documentation accurate
* Base salary: £25,000 to £30,000 depending on location and experience
* Bonus: Discretionary Bonus Scheme
* Benefits: Private health insurance; Nest Pension Scheme; Cycle to Work Scheme; Company Sick Pay.
Working Hours:
* 5-day working week (40 hours) including weekend work (Saturday and Sunday) with 2 days off working on a rota basis; shifts could be: 8am to 5pm; 9am to 6pm; 10am to 7pm. Reduced hours for weekend work.

This position is required to work on site.
