The Change Partners are working with a global Tier-1 consumer electronics brand to hire a Commercial Operations Specialist.
You'll play a central role in supporting commercial performance across sales, marketing, and account management - ensuring opportunities are progressed efficiently, client relationships are maintained, and commercial processes run smoothly from lead generation through to delivery.
This role sits at the heart of the commercial function, working closely with internal sales teams, marketing stakeholders, and external partners. You'll help drive pipeline visibility, support new business development activity, and ensure strong coordination across projects and client engagements.
This is a contract role until the end of the year.
Key responsibilities
Supporting the sales team across the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to conversion
Maintaining accurate pipeline reporting and ensuring strong sales funnel hygiene
Assisting with opportunity qualification and classification
Acting as a liaison between internal teams and clients on engaged projects
Supporting client relationship management, including QBR coordination and renewal identification
Contributing to lead generation and nurturing activity (LinkedIn outreach, telemarketing, follow-ups)
Supporting events and marketing collateral development
Assisting with resourcing, procurement processes, and SOW/legal coordination
Your background
Experience in commercial operations, sales support, account management, or similar
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
Comfortable working across internal stakeholders and external clients
Experience maintaining pipelines, tracking opportunities, and supporting reporting
Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
Korean language skills highly desirable
The role offers 4 days a week on-site.
