Job Title: Costa Coffee Manager
As the Costa Coffee Manager, you will be accountable for adhering to all aspects of health and safety within the store – for customers, team members, and external visitors. You will also be responsible for staying up to date with legislation and business guidelines related to this area.
Key Responsibilities
1. Take ownership of the store's results and success. Lead the store team to deliver an unbeatable coffee experience to every guest, consistently.
2. Ensure brand standards are maintained at all times by opening, closing, and operating the store in line with Costa standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Manage stock and order systems for food and consumables to ensure the store has a 100% supply of items for customers while achieving budgeted margins and profits.
4. Analyze financial and performance data to run the store efficiently and profitably, meeting all measures on the WINcard.
5. Control labor effectively.
6. Hold regular team meetings to communicate key information and implement new initiatives using appropriate media such as team meetings, shift briefings, communication toolkits, posters, and shift planners.
