Salary: £35,000 basic OTE: £40,000 As a Workshop Controller, you’ll play a central role in the smooth and efficient running of our state-of-the-art workshop. This is one of the most dynamic and influential positions within the dealership. You’ll be responsible for: Allocating work to our skilled Vehicle Technicians Planning and managing all incoming jobs Ensuring maximum productivity and efficient use of workshop resources Maintaining high standards of quality and meeting all deadlines Supporting a positive, high-performance team culture To succeed in this role, you’ll need proven experience within the Motor Trade—ideally as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or similar. Your ability to lead, organise, and communicate effectively will be key to your success.
