Are you a strong administrator looking for a new challenge? At BPAS, we're looking for an experienced administrator to join our fast paced team in our Richmond Telemed hub. As an Admin Assistant you will be responsible for completing all administrative and client support tasks within the hub, supporting clients through their episode of care. This role is for 15 hours per week to be worked on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A detailed shift pattern and salary information can be found in the further information section below. Please note administration experience gained within an office/professional environment is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
 * Answer and direct telephone queries, liaising with internal and external colleagues as necessary, and welcome clients and escorts to the hub directing them as required.
 * Accurately check or complete all necessary BPAS and legal paperwork, ensuring relevant documentation is available for the client’s episode of care.
 * Provide information to clients in a supportive and reassuring manner to ensure informed choices are made at all stages of their care.
 * Monitor, edit and amend appointment lists using the booking system, informing clients if changes to their appointment become necessary.
 * Provide admin support for safeguarding in the hub.
Qualifications
 * Experience of working within an office environment with administration duties.
 * Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, with a friendly and positive attitude when interacting with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
 * Experience of dealing with patients within a care environment is desirable.
 * Knowledge of clerical procedures including checking documentation, telephone and reception duties.
 * Good attention to detail and an effective team player who is supportive towards colleagues and clients.
