Your new role
Thepany is seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join their innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing mechanical systems for a variety of projects, with a focus on plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems. Hybrid working conditions would be considered for this role, allowing you to balance office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed mechanical designs for plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems across a range of projects.
Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for design development.
Use design software and tools to create accurate and efficient mechanical system designs.
Ensurepliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in mechanical design and engineering technologies.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer in the construction or mechanical services industry.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems.
Proficiency in designing software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
