This is office based working in a friendly office environment where your day will be very varied.

This is role will combine duties including purchasing, facilities coordination, administration, and customer-facing responsibilities meeting and greeting visitors etc .
They are seeking someone who has experience ofpurchasing & stock control procedures.
* Lead purchasing activity including raising POs and placing orders
* Maintain supplier records, pricing, delivery schedules, and purchasing documentation.
* Track deliveries, manage shortages, and proactively communicate issues.
* Maintain stock levels aligned with production and operational needs.
* Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to improve value, lead times, and reliability.
* Process timesheets and produce purchasing, stock, and operational reports.
* Organise meetings, hospitality, visitor access, and front-of-house standards.
* Support onboarding and inductions for new starters.
