Steelwork Estimator – Structural & Architectural Steel
Diss, Norfolk | Hybrid working | £45,000 negotiable
New role created due to growth | Hands-on estimating | Long-term progression
I’m working exclusively with Styne Group on a newly created Steelwork Estimator role, created to support continued growth and a strong pipeline of UK projects.
This role will suit an experienced estimator who enjoys being hands-on, wants visibility within the business, and is looking for a position where their input genuinely matters – rather than being one of many.
The Role
* You will be responsible for producing accurate, competitive estimates across a range of structural and architectural steelwork projects, including staircases, balustrades, portal frames and full structural frameworks.
* Working closely with senior colleagues and engineering teams, you will have the autonomy to influence tender strategy, identify risk and opportunity, and contribute to value-engineered solutions.
* The role is based from the Diss office, with flexibility around working patterns once established, and occasional site or client visits.
