Senior Digital Designer - £50-60K (dependent on level of skills and experience) + bonus + benefits
Our client are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead and develop their Graphic Design team, to inspire the elevation of their brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation of global offline and online brand assets from brief to launch.
Responsibilities
* Output includes website creative, digital marketing, OOH, print media, packaging and point of sale assets.
* Develop design solutions and treatments for new campaign and content ideas, in line with the brand’s creative vision and commercial ambitions, ready for pitches and presentations to senior management.
* Lead the UX/UI for the web platforms and the associated brand guidelines to ensure a consistent delivery of quality user experience across internal and external teams.
* Ensure the brand’s identity flows through all areas of the website.
* Lead and develop an in-house creative design team to deliver the brand’s creative vision and commercial ambitions, building their capacity in their discipline.
Skills and Experience
* A comprehensive background within graphic design.
* Excellent proficiency in using graphic design platform and tools - Adobe Suite proficiency is essential.
* Experience within the luxury fashion, retail or editorial industry is essential
* It is likely you will be at mid to senior level and have experience of leading a team or mentoring more junior team members
In addition you will need to be passionate and commercially aware about the fashion industry, trends and news, and possess excellent attention to detail as well as being a problem-solver able to inspire with ideas. Fast turnaround is often required, so impeccable time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines under pressure. You will need to be a confident communicator, able to inspire and influence a motivated team.
The role is based in central London - and it is required that you will be in the office 4 days a week. This is an essential requirement. It would suit someone who is currently at mid-senior level and looking to increase their levels of responsibility for leading a team.
