Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Covering HG/YO/DL/TS Postcodes (North Yorkshire and Teesside)
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 (40 Hours) or £36,000 - £42,500 (45 Hours)
Shift: Monday to Friday - 40 Hour or 45 Hour Week available
Role
We are a market-leading materials handling business seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to service, maintain, and repair forklift trucks and a range of MHE across customer sites within the local area. You will fault find, diagnose, perform planned maintenance and carry out breakdown repairs. You will have the autonomy to organise your own workload and diary, with strong technical back-office support and ongoing manufacturer training and development.
Responsibilities
* Fault finding, diagnostics, planned maintenance and breakdown repairs
* Serve, maintain and repair forklift trucks and a range of MHE across customer sites
* Organise own workload and diary with support from the technical back-office team
* Stay up to date with equipment and technologies through ongoing manufacturer training
Requirements
* Maintenance experience of Forklift Trucks or Mobile Plant Machinery or HGVs or industrial vehicles
* Hands-on experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics
* Recognised Engineering Qualification
* Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
* Previously have worked as a Field Service Engineer
* Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Engineering
