Your Career
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead growth within our Public Sector customer base. You will be responsible for maximizing revenue, supporting customer retention, and ensuring satisfaction across key accounts. Your expertise in B2B sales, commercial acumen, and relationship-building will be vital as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.
Your Team
You will work with a skilled Account Management team, playing a leadership role in identifying and converting growth opportunities. Collaborating with Customer Success, Marketing, and New Business teams, you will develop and execute strategies that align with MHR’s goals and customer needs. Your contributions will include pipeline development, coaching, and campaign planning within a dynamic, people-first culture.

Your leadership will influence customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth in the Public Sector. By engaging stakeholders, aligning strategies, and delivering compelling value, you will strengthen relationships and demonstrate measurable value from MHR’s solutions.
