This visible role offers extensive exposure to BOI UK, BOI Group, and the Senior Leadership Team. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to drive the Centre of Excellence transition, enhance resilience capabilities, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role acts as a central coordinator for Important Business Service Resilience, OCiR, and Business Continuity Management, while aligning Respond and Adapt as well as Recover and Learn pillars. In this role, you will:
The Operational Resilience Identify and Prepare Senior Manager leads the development and implementation of the bank\'s operational resilience framework, ensuring compliance with UK regulations (PRA, FCA, Bank of England). Responsibilities include leading business continuity management (BCM), important business services resilience, operational continuity in resolution (OCIR), and governance. Key accountabilities include:
* Lead the Governance, Oversight, Resilience Activities, Education, and Engagement teams under the Identify and Prepare pillar
* Oversee the design, implementation, and maturity of the resilience framework, including identifying Important Business Services, impact tolerances, and mapping
* Oversee the delivery of BCM and OCiR compliance
* Lead governance forums, reporting, and regulatory adherence
* Deliver training programs to embed resilience culture
* Mentor a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement and strategic enhancements across the organisation.

Experience with UK regulatory frameworks and other relevant jurisdictional frameworks such as DORA.

Operational Resilience is a critical team managing risks to delivery stability, ensuring rapid recovery from disruptions. It serves as the first line for operational resilience, supporting the Group\'s Fit for the Future programme.
