Job Description:
As an EYFS Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore and learn
* Implementing a variety of teaching strategies and activities to meet the diverse needs and abilities of young learners
* Observing and assessing children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers, and maintaining accurate records
* Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support children's well-being and development
* Participating in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice and contribute to the school community
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
* Experience teaching in an Early Years setting preferred, but newly qualified teachers are also encouraged to apply
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment
