Key Responsibilities:
* Raise orders as required to ensure continuity of stock on engineers vans and for scheduled jobs
* Produce order requests and documentation accurately for issue to suppliers and use by other key contacts
* Pick stock in stores for operatives as per materials request forms
* Manage the receipt of goods and services, ensuring items are available when needed
* Reviewing and resolving invoice/PO matching queries
* Handling incoming mail, e-mail and calls, assisting with replies and resolutions of all queries
* Maintain stock management and control systems by recording items received and issued
* Assist in maintaining the tidiness and safety of stores and external areas
* Oversee waste and recycling removal, maintaining records for ISO compliance
* Compliance with Heath & Safety, Equal Opportunities and other Company Policies, raising concerns whenever necessary
* Any other duties reasonably requested including working outside of core hours as and when required
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous stores experience desirable, but not essential
* Understanding of health and safety in a stores environment
* Understanding of stock control
* Knowledge of MS Dynamics xsngvjr Navision or Business Central desirable but not essential.
* Computer literate with good MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) skills
