We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and early childhood education, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise children in the nursery setting
- Communicate effectively with both children and parents
- Drive the learning and development of children through engaging activities
- Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supporting children
- Implement educational programs suitable for early years learning
Skills
- Previous experience working with young children
- Full & Relevant Level 3 or above Qualifications in Early Childhood Education.
- Proficient in English language
- Familiarity with nursery operations and best practices
- Strong communication skills to engage with children and parents
