Building Services Design Engineer (Electrical) – £55,000 - £65,000 + Remote + Bonus + Private Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits
Location: Blackburn
The Role
Deliver electrical designs, specifications, and attend site meetings. Work on lighting, alarm systems, HV/LV and network distribution. Approximately 70% of work is design, with oversight of budgets and timescales. Remote working with the Northern office visit once a month. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexible working.
Responsibilities
* Design electrical systems for building services projects.
* Prepare specifications and attend site meetings.
* Work on lighting, alarm systems, HV/LV and network distribution.
* Manage projects with oversight of budgets and timescales.
* Collaborate remotely with occasional site visits to the Northern office.
The Person
* Electrical Design Engineer with a building services background.
* Experience working on MoD and MoJ projects (preferred).
